Delivery
Custom imprinted orders will ship in approximately 2-4 weeks.
Shipping
All items will be shipped ground unless requested otherwise.
Rush Orders
If you need delivery in less than 3 weeks, please call (855) KIA-GEAR (542-4327) to find out if a rush service is available for the product you are interested in. We will confirm all additional rush and/or overnight charges before shipping.
Return Policy
Stock merchandise may be returned for an exchange or full refund. Returns must be received within 60 days of receipt of product. Customized items may not be returned unless defective/damaged upon receipt. Please follow the return instructions below.
- Call 855-KIAGEAR to obtain an RA #.
- Record the RA #, order #, and item details on the returns form contained with your stock merchandise shipment.
- Repack the items to be returned preferably in their original package along with the completed return form.
- Ship the product back to address below using a traceable ship method.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed.
